Themes get ranked by frequency times intensity, so the customer who shouted once does not outrank the twenty who mentioned the same thing quietly. Two modes: synthesize the interviews, transcripts, and tickets you already own, or go mine the reviews and forums where the segment talks when you are not in the room. Out come a quote bank, the jobs, and personas with evidence attached.
