The skill restructures content into citable units, adds the machine-readable files the non-Google engines parse when they are there, llms.txt among them, and checks that the AI crawlers are allowed in at all; where Google does the citing, it optimizes for people and core Search. The verdict is advisory: it names what blocks a citation, and you decide what ships.
