It runs the gates your repo already ships and refuses to invent new ones. It reads the changed files with their callers, contracts, and deploy surface, then ranks every finding P0 to P3. TypeScript, React, Next.js, Swift and iOS, database queries, OWASP, accessibility, SEO, and commit hygiene each get a lane. It ends at a ship gate, not a letter; the letter is suede-code-grader's job.

What it covers

  • Use it when the request is a findings-only review of a diff, PR, plan, release, or fix verification pass.
  • Use it when accessibility and SEO lanes matter alongside code findings.
  • Use it for auth, payments, and public API surface reviews when deeper model routing or cross-file analysis is warranted.
  • Not for: full findings+grade in one pass (use Suede Code).
  • Not for: grade-only with no findings (use Suede Code Grader).
