The Skill Index, by Intent
Every public skill in the pack, grouped by what you are trying to do rather than by what it is called. Each one lives at skills/<name>/SKILL.md and can be read before you install it.
Invoke a skill by naming it (Use suede-code to review my staged diff) or by describing the work in the words its description was written to catch.
I want the whole outcome, not a task
